Evan Schroeder

Starting a career in real estate in 2016 was the realization of a long term goal for Evan Schroeder. He spent several years in his late teens and early twenties working in high end homes for his father’s design company, and for an estate home builder. It was in this environment that he developed a deep understanding and affinity for housing, and an interest in residential real estate. Evan further honed a skillset for sales, people, and business in the environment of retail sales for seven years selling major home furnishings, and mattresses for two different national brands prior to pursuing his real estate license. It was in this environment that he honed and developed a passion for helping people to make major purchase decisions which impact their daily lives. Finding solutions for people’s specific needs in a very competitive market place became a very enjoyable process for him.

Born and raised in Toronto, Evan and his wife relocated across the country in 2013 to Nanaimo to enjoy the calmer lifestyle, and natural beauty of Vancouver Island. They have started a family, welcoming a daughter in 2015 and a son in 2017. Evan is deeply enthusiastic about the unique lifestyle found here; for singles, families, and retirees alike, and spends his leisure time exploring the island with his family.
