About Brent

I was born and raised here in Nanaimo and honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else. My ancestors actually came to Vancouver Island in 1854, making me the 5th generation of my family to live here. I have a vast knowledge of the greater Nanaimo area and specialize in both residential and commercial real estate.

While attending Vancouver Island University in Nanaimo I obtained my Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management. After finishing University, I wanted to work in the real estate industry so I partnered with a real estate marketing and development company, specializing in large resort style developments. I gained a lot of valuable experience during this part of my career and learned how to use many different marketing techniques to strategically market property, all of which now greatly benefits my real estate clients.

Joining RE/MAX of Nanaimo as a professional Realtor in June 2008 was only a matter of time and is a decision I am very proud of. I have a proven sales record and am commiteed to building relationships by exceeding my clients’ expectations for efficient and effective service. Knowing and understanding the demands of the marketplace, along with the skills needed to be successful in our ever-evolving industry, I am confident in my abilities to help you not only find your next perfect property but also get you the best possible price when selling a property.

When I am not working with clients you will find me spending as much time as possible with my daughter Ava as we get out-and-about walking on the seawall, going to parks, playing on Mount Washington and visiting with family.
