Mandy has been representing clients with their real estate needs on Vancouver Island since 2008. Her parents originated from Alberta & New Brunswick, but after travelling across Canada together & hearing of a place called “little Hawaii” (due to Vancouver Island’s unique rainforests, ocean roots & almost snow-free winters) – her parents moved to Vancouver Island & never looked back! Born & raised in gorgeous Nanaimo, Mandy knows her way around Vancouver Island and is now sharing the island lifestyle with her (Carpenter) fiancé & son.
Real Estate developed into a passion for Mandy early on. She first traveled across Canada in 2006 studying real estate investment. Soon after, she entered the residential Property Management field. During her 6 year management career, Mandy progressed from an administrative position to Licensed Property Manager. Her dedicated customer service, professional expertise & hard work ethic expanded Mandy’s clientele to 140 rental units (houses, condos, townhomes & duplexes). Her experience, systems & insight make her a valuable resource to Investors, especially in matters of the Tenancy Act, arbitration & eviction.
A business mindset lead Mandy to further education with the University of British Columbia to add the Trading Services License (real estate sales) to her skills & services. Backed with a power team of professional contacts in the housing industry, Mandy now specializes in Real Estate Sales. Mandy remains innovative with the changing real estate industry, providing you with a higher level of service whether buying or selling a property.
