Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Shayna has always loved the beauty and potential that surrounds every corner of the West Coast. Growing up in Nanaimo, she was deeply involved in local sports, playing soccer and softball on traveling teams that took her as far as Hawaii and California. Her competitive spirit and dedication to teamwork have carried over into her real estate career, where she brings the same energy and commitment to helping her clients succeed.

Outside of work, Shayna enjoys spending time outdoors with her spouse and two young sons. Whether it’s hiking through lush trails, beachcombing along the shoreline, or taking road trips to explore Vancouver Island’s stunning beaches, she values the adventure and tranquility that nature provides. When she’s not working-both in real estate and in her role as a busy mom-Shayna loves trying new recipes, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with her amazing and supportive life-long friends.

Before diving into real estate, Shayna managed four restaurants in the Central Vancouver Island area, where she developed strong skills in diligence, determination, and exceptional customer service-qualities that now serve her well in helping clients navigate the buying and selling process.

Shayna’s journey into real estate began in 2017 when she worked as an Unlicensed Client Care Manager for a local agent at RE/MAX Professionals. This experience gave her invaluable market knowledge and a deep appreciation for the role an agent plays in guiding clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Working closely with buyers and sellers allowed her to understand the complexities of real estate transactions and the importance of honesty, market expertise, and attention to detail.

Now, as a licensed agent specializing in residential real estate, Shayna is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. With six years of experience in the industry prior to becoming licensed, she has witnessed different market conditions and gained the insights needed to guide her clients through any type of market with confidence.
